Let’s collaborate!

After two decades of cooking professionally, I am thrilled to be able to devote more time to what I truly love- developing recipes. My specialty (superpower?) is creating recipes that you might have filed in the impossible category. Can’t have dairy, gluten or sugar but really want some legit chocolate chip cookies? No problem. Following a Paleo diet and want bread that tastes just like real bread? I hear you, I do too. So I locked myself in the kitchen until I figured it out.

I only host giveaways for products I use and love and think my readers would as well.

We love working with Simone! She has created numerous recipes using our flour that our customer base has gotten really excited about. One example is the Grain-free bagel recipe she co-created with Jennifer Robins using Otto’s. People went crazy for it and it still gets numerous reposts on social media even 2 years later. Having that recipe in particular available to our customers when we first started shipping really ensured the success of our launch. 
One thing that I really appreciate about Simone is her ability to think outside the box and is not afraid to listen to her gut even if it flies in the face of “traditional wisdom.” Her pot pie crust recipe is a great example of that ingenuity.
