2019 was quite a year. It’s wild to think that a year ago today, I was packing up our entire house in anticipation of our remodel, and now I’m sitting in what feels like an entirely new home! Because of the major changes that have happened this year, I’m more reflective than usual. It felt like a great time to write up my best gluten-free recipes of 2019.

It’s always fun for me to see which posts people are visiting here on the site, and it’s nice to see older posts that seem to stand the test of time. Shout out to those Plantain Tortillas- a recipe from 2013 that was the second most viewed post of 2019!
